The Main Hall is directly inside the front doors. It’s a large octagonal room held up by eight pillars. To the left of the front doors is two hallways. The first one leads to the Dining area. The Kitchen is located behind the dining hall. The second Hallway leads to the outdoor swimming pool. A garden is also beyond the pool which contains a memorial for Erik’s friend Charles Xavier.
To the right of the front door, is two more hallways. The first one leads to a training area. A weight room and also a sauna. The second hallway leads to the bedrooms.
In front of the Front entrance, directly in the back of the octagonal room, there’s a back entrance to the back yard.

Lorna stood in the main hallway that led to the entrance of the palace and ignored everything that was going on around her. It was never dull and quiet there, always servants and other people walking around, following orders. A few of the palace guards were standing near the entrance and although they never looked at her, Lorna knew they were trained to see everywhere and everything at once. She tapped her foot impatiently as she looked in a large mirror that was hanging on the wall and put on a bit more lipstick. She wondered what was keeping Bennet. She didn't want to have to take a car, she wanted him to teleport her there.
As she was adjusting her makeup, Lorna's cell phone rang. One of the guards turned to look at her with a bit of annoyance on his face and she just smiled sweetly at him. Nosy old man, she thought. Looking at the number on the phone, she smiled again. “Hello?” she answered. Soon, though, her smile turned to a frown of disappointment. “No, no, Donni, there's nothing you can do about it. Keep me updated and I'll see you two later,” she reassured her friend as she snapped the cell phone shut with a loud click.
It was at that moment that Bennet finally decided to make himself available to her. “Never mind,” she began, looking at him in slight frustration. “Donni and Danni have a family emergency so we aren't going out tonight.” Lorna was practically pouting, wondering what on earth she was going to do now. Her brother and sister were going to that dinner that their father had arranged and it wasn't like Pietro was all that fun to hang out with anyway. He got bored way too quickly for her liking. Wanda was fun but never wanted to go anywhere.
Sitting down in one of the chairs that lined the hallway, she pondered what she was going to do now. If Raven was coming over, that meant Anna-Marie was too. For some reason, Anna-Marie didn't like her and Lorna had never been able to put her finger on why. She didn't take that stupid doll and that was years and years ago. Then again, if Anna-Marie was going to be there, then Kurt probably was too. He was always fun to be around. He was much more easy going then his sister and the few times she'd been able to do it without him thinking she was coming on to him, she like to touch his soft fur. It was like velvet and something she could touch for hours at a time....
Pushing that strange thought aside, Lorna blew her bangs in frustration and looked back at Bennet who was probably reading everything she was thinking. “I probably won't be going out tonight after all. Thanks, though,” she told him as the man gave her a sympathetic smile and walked away. Probably going to find her dad and get more orders for him to fulfill. She really needed to loosen Bennet up.

Pietro walked through the palace, looking forward to dinner with Father, and the Darkholmes. Kurt had always been an ally for him, since he too was surrounded be females. But Kurt only had his mother, and Anna-Marie to contend with. Pietro had his mom, Lorna and Wanda, he was really outnumbered back in those days.
Pietro noticed that things seemed pretty normal, except that Lorna was still here. She was sitting in a chair, and she had a familiar pouting expression on her face. He knew what that meant. Lorna wasn't getting something she'd wanted. He walked over to her,
"What's going on, Lorna? I thought you would be out of here by now. Places to go, boys' hearts to break."

Bennet left and Lorna sat there, continuing to ponder her options for what to do when a familiar head of white hair came in her line of sight. Pietro wore his hair shorter then their father did but he looked so much like father, it would be easy to sometimes mistaken one for the other. Especially since father looked no where near his age.
"What's going on, Lorna? I thought you would be out of here by now. Places to go, boys' hearts to break,” Pietro said as he came over to stand by her.
He looked to be in a good mood and was even talking at a normal rate. That was definitely a good sign. “Danni and Donni have some family emergency so I've been dumped for the night,” she told him as she pouted a bit more. “Are you having dinner with Father and the Darkholmes? I know Anna-Marie will probably be here, think Kurt will be too?” she asked with a mischievous sparkle entering her emerald green eyes.

Pietro knew that look on her face, it was way too familiar to him. Lorna was pouting, no doubt about it. He remembered how many times he, mother, father, and Wanda would literally drop what they were doing when that pout came on her face. She had been spoiled rotten, by all of them. It had gotten even worse after mom had died, no one could deny Lorna anything. Pietro knew he couldn't, and if anything, his father was even worse. If Pietro or Wanda couldn't or wouldn't, their father would. He was brought out of his memories by Lorna,
“Are you having dinner with Father and the Darkholmes? I know Anna-Marie will probably be here, think Kurt will be too?” Then Pietro saw the look in her eyes. Oh crap. This was not good. At all. He pitied Kurt if he did come. He recalled Lorna's near obsession with the blue fur. That was why when the Darkholmes used to be regular visitors, he'd try to take Kurt out of the house. If Lorna didn't follow them, of course. She always wanted to touch it, and it was all Pietro could do not to cringe.
"I'll be at dinner, and Kurt will probably come as well. It would be good to see all of them, it's been a long time. Are you going to eat dinner with us? We aren't as exciting as the people in the clubs, but I'm sure if you ask Raven nicely, she could pretend to be a celebrity." He teased her, remembering how many times she'd pestered the poor woman to use her powers for entertainment purposes.

We aren't as exciting as the people in the clubs, but I'm sure if you ask Raven nicely, she could pretend to be a celebrity,” Pietro said, teasing her.
She had really been a pest as a child. Poor Raven, it was wonder the woman still talked to her. No doubt Father would have had no objections to Raven completely ignoring her after the hundredth time of asking her to change into someone else. However, Raven had always had a look of amusement on her face that did nothing but encourage Lorna.
She looked at him and replied, “That was a long time ago, Pietro. In case anyone around here has missed it, I am an adult now. And as long as it's casual, I'll join you guys. I really was at a loss as to what to do tonight. Besides, I wonder how much I can make Anna-Marie squirm tonight.” She said all of that with a grin knowing how much Anna-Marie had to bite her tongue when Lorna was around. It was probably rotten of her to do it but hey, she didn't take that doll and Anna-Marie refused to admit that. It had happened so long ago that it was now simply an ongoing feud between the two women.
“I'm guessing we are eating in the private quarters since this is the Darkholmes? Shall we go see if Father is there already?” she asked Pietro as she stood up. Linking arms with her big brother, she walked with him to their small dining area.

They'd teleported to the main gates and within minutes, they were inside the palace. Looking around, Rogue caught another whiff of the sulfurous smell that Kurt left behind when teleporting. Nudging him, she smiled. "You sort of smell. A lot."
Not waiting for an answer from either of her family members, she darted into the nearest bathroom, changing quickly. She spent a good deal of her time in uniform, and it was nice to not have to worry so much about it. Of course, she had to worry about other things, namely matching her clothes... but it seemed as if Carol at least had a good grip on that part of the process. She looked at herself in the mirror as she undid her hair, letting it fall down past her shoulders. After rearranging it a little bit, she decided that she was ready, and stepped back out of the room, handing her bag to one of the servants and gesturing for Kurt to go in. "All yours."
Turning, she frowned. It seemed as if Raven had already gone in. Couldn't she have waited for them? Sighing, she sat down on a bench in the hall, waiting for Kurt. She most definitely did not want to walk in by herself.

The press had been caught rather off guard by their arrival. And that was always a good thing. She'd been able to get them through and to the gates with relative ease, simply repeating "no comment" until she was blue in the face. Bad example. Regardless, the press hadn't been too ravenous, and once they reached the gates themselves, they'd been let right through.
As they entered the main hall, she checked her watch again. Even with the little help from Kurt's teleportation, they were running late. As soon as the doors closed, she morphed into something a little bit more appropriate, a simple white skirt and light gray top. "You sort of smell. A lot."
And it had begun. Turning to snap at her daughter, she instead caught the end of Rogue's little disappearing act as the door to the bathroom closed. Sighing, she turned to Kurt. "I'm heading in. You two catch up as soon as you're ready."

As Kurt emerged from the bathroom, she grabbed his bag and handed it off to the same servant who had taken her bag. Glancing over at him, she grinned. "Beautiful. Mind if we go in?"
Kurt shook his head, tucking in his shirt as they walked.

"Little slower than usual. You putting on weight?" Pietro rolled his eyes and sighed. Women. The most irrational beings on the planet. Of course, voicing that opinion would be the definition of stupid, so he wisely didn't say anything. Sometimes, it was just best when a guy kept his mouth firmly shut. Growing up in a house full of girls had taught him that.
"Guess we have to go find Bennet and Daddy and Lorna before we can get out of here. Or we could just stand by the door looking sad. That might work, too." Pietro snickered at her, before pointing out the obvious,
“That would only work if we got Lorna in on it. They wouldn't be able to resist all three of us.” He followed Wanda into the main hallway, hoping they would not be waiting long. He hated waiting. It was worse than just walking slowly.

“That would only work if we got Lorna in on it. They wouldn't be able to resist all three of us.” She laughed, nodding in agreement. That would definitely make all the difference. In fact, if Lorna was there, they could probably just go into the other room and watch television or something. "They wouldn't be able to resist Lorna on her own."
She watched him for a few moments, as he sort of bounced in place. It wasn't too noticeable, but he was definitely ready to get going. Standing still for too long bothered him. Kind of like a kid with ADHD. On speed. Leaning against the wall, she looked out at the sprawling city below the palace. Genosha was a nice place. Good looking, low crime rate... overall a good place to raise a family. Would have been a nice place to have around when they were young. Had a place like Genosha existed, they wouldn't have had to see Anne die, wouldn't have gone through all of that.
Sighing, she looked back at her brother. Now, she was just as raring to get out of there as he was. "What's taking them so long?"

Enter from Balcony Deck
The maid who came to clear her plate informed her that the twins were waiting in the main hallway for her to arrive. It was about time. Sending the woman off with a wave of her hand, Lorna finished her tea and decided they could just wait a bit longer. They had made her wait, after all.
Finally, she stood up and laid the tabloid on the table for the servants to dispose of. There was nothing of interest in there anyway and she could fill in the gaps of her night herself. Walking slowly to the front room, she sent a boy off to her room to retrieve her luggage. Spotting the twins in the foyer, she overheard Wanda ask, "What's taking them so long?"
With a sigh of exasperation, Lorna approached and asked, “You mean Father and Bennet are still not ready? God, I'm going to fire Bennet myself and hire a new teleporter. The man is around when I don't want him to be and never here when I do.”
Rolling her eyes at her siblings, she added in a slightly miffed voice, “How much do you want to bet Daddy has better things to do and will cancel out on us?” It was pretty much the story of her life. If she had a chance to spend quiet time with the great and mighty Magneto, something came up that was more important. She had only been half serious when she had suggested this mini-vacation for them. Lorna had fully expected her father to firmly tell her no and go about his life like his own children didn't matter one bit.

"They wouldn't be able to resist Lorna on her own." Pietro nodded at that, he knew it as well as Wanda did. He could tell that even Wanda was ready to go. What was taking everyone else so long? He forced himself to not fidget, and it took a lot of effort. He hated waiting more than anything else. Wanda spoke what he was thinking,
"What's taking them so long?" Then Lorna came down to join them. She too looked ready to leave. Now if they could just get Father and Bennet ready to go.
“You mean Father and Bennet are still not ready? God, I'm going to fire Bennet myself and hire a new teleporter. The man is around when I don't want him to be and never here when I do.” Pietro would not want to Bennet when the man finally showed up. Bennet was in the doghouse, a thought that made Pietro smile a bit. Then Lorna sounded even more agitated as she stated,
“How much do you want to bet Daddy has better things to do and will cancel out on us?” Pietro walked over to his youngest sister. He sighed, knowing that their father had missed a lot of times they'd set aside for family time. He put an arm around her shoulder,
“We won't let him weasel his way out of it. He gave us his word, and I'm sure the three of us could take the old man.” He teased, trying to make them laugh.
