December 20th
Sabretooth stomped into the kitchen. He opened the fridge and grabbed a sub sandwitch. A large bite was taken, before being quickly engulfed. It disapeared into his drooling mouth. He wiped the spittle from his chin and grabbed a gallon of milk. Sabretooth twisted the cap off and drank straight from the massive jug. When finished he put the half empty jug back into the fridge and scratched his butt.

Entering just in time to see the end of Sabretooth's feeding ritual, she groaned.
"Every time I look at you, I think of how much better the world is without your offspring in it."
She walked to the counter and set up the coffee machine. She would like to sleep, but unfortunately, she had a lot of work to do.

"Every time I look at you, I think of how much better the world is without your offspring in it."
"Excuse me? The offspring are as much yours as they are mine! Remember, you had a part in that!"
Sabretooth walked over to Mystique and grabbed her firmly. He then planted a wet kiss on her lips and belched in her face.
"Ooops! Where are my manners?"

She stood there, stunned, for about half of a second then smiled flirtatiously. Putting her hands on his shoulders, she leaned in like she was going to kiss him and delivered a swift knee to his groin. Holding him up, she whispered into his ear,"You're so crafty, Creed."
She dropped him and poured her coffee, then sat down at the table.

Sabretooth groaned loudly as the knee hit. He crouched down and held his crotch. She hit hard for a lady, but then again she wasn't a normal lady.
"Ugh, jeez! That was harsh Mystique, no way to treat your lover!"
He grabbed a chair and pulled it out. Creed sat down and sighed, stretching his legs apart and moving the chair away from Mystique's reach.
He then chuckled a little at the thought that he had fallen for that trick many times.

She smiled at his discomfort and ignored him as best she could. There was a time when she had found him attractive. She could not, for the life of her, recall why. Chalking it up to the fact that she was on the run and otherwise under a lot of pressure, and he was the only man around, she'd eventually become willing to overlook it. Of course, by that time, she'd found out that she was pregnant.
She shuddered, not wanting to think about their son, Graydon. He was done. Over. Dead. She'd killed him and it was for a good reason, too.
"You know, Creed... I used to wonder why some animals ate their young." She took a sip of her coffee and continued, nonchalantly. "Not anymore."

He smiled, was this an attempt to make him angry? If so it was a poor choice. He hated his son as much as she did. Him being dead made no difference to him, infact, Graydon had tried to have Sabretooth killed many times.

She leaned back in her chair and rolled her eyes. "Trying to make conversation with you is like trying to make conversation with a rock."
She took another long drink of her coffee and looked out the window. It was a nice evening, clear and quiet. Of course, things were usually quiet around the compound. But Genosha in general seemed still.

"Trying to make conversation with you is like trying to make conversation with a rock."
"I wasn't aware that you wanted to talk to me. But why talk when we can..." he stopped there, he didn't want to get hit in the groin again. "What ya looking at?"
He walked over to the window and looked out, he didn't see anything of interest.

She hot him a look, daring him to finish the sentence, then turned back to the window.
"It's just a beautiful night. That's all. I never really stop to appreciate it." She set the mug down on the counter.
"I'm probably going to go into town tomorrow to aquire some new people." She liked being able to transform into the Genoshans, and often made trips to the busy parts of town to look at them, get their physical attributes and voices just right.

"It's just a beautiful night. That's all. I never really stop to appreciate it."
He looked out the window and for the first time in ages, he too appreciated it. The moon was bright and it made the hair on the back of his neck stand on end. He wanted to burst out the window and prowl the town like an animal, after all, he was an animal.
"I suppose your right, it is nice. I'm going to go for a walk? Care to join me?" he patiently awaited her to reply cruely or simply just say no.

She sighed. He seemed to be behaving himself relatively well. She turned to face him, morphing smoothly into the form of Leni Zauber.
"Like old times, eh Victor?" She headed towards the door, then turned again. "If you do anything to make me angry, I reserve the right to kick you again."

Sabretooth was taken back by her response. He cocked his head to the side like a puppy does when it's confused. Then he got up hesitantly, unsure if this was a trap and slowly walked towards the door.
"Uhm, ladies first!" he said, mainly becuase he wanted to keep an eye on her, if she was behind him she could do some serious damage.

She laughed silently to herself at his confusion. She prided herself on not being too predictable. Opening the door, she stepped out into the warm night.

It took him a moment to snap too. Mystique sure did suprise him sometimes. He followed her out of the door, mumbling under his breath.
