Tom continued to laugh as Exodus followed him, until he said "Fat Tom." His name wasn't Fat Tom. He didn't want to be Fat Tom. He wasn't Fat Tom. Walking back to Exodus, who was on the ground now, Tom poked Exodus's forehead with his cane. "My name is BLACK TOM. Don't forget it."

Exodus felt a sudden poke on his head from something over his cape. It was an aggravating poke, actually there is very little that didn't aggravate him.
Exodus suddenly reached up to grab whatever had poked him but missed teribly. In fact the cane had already been pulled back a few seconds before Exodus even reached for it.
After the complete mis-timed action from Exodus, he gave up moving. Every movement felt awkward and made him sick to his stomach. He needed to find a place to sleep. Sleep was something he hadn't done since waking up from his century old slumber. Instead, he laid back and mumbled Fat Tom's name over and over so that he would remember it for the next time they met.

Theresa walked along the path, it leading only in one direction so finding her way was fairly easy. As she came to a clearing, she saw the corpse of a man lying against a tree. Covering her mouth her hand, she looked away and continued on the path, hoping to not discover anymore such things.
A few moments later, she came to another small clearing and heard a moan. Glancing around, she saw something covered in a cloth, not moving but making odd sounds. Human sounds. Terry approached cautiously and reached down to remove the cloth and see what was underneath.
There was a dark haired man, eyes closed and face pale. He smelled strongly of alcohol, a smell that she associated with her uncle on many occasions. The man really didn't look good, however and from under the hood of her cloak, she asked, “Sir, are ye alright? Do ye need help returning to yuir home?”

His cape myseriously moved making Exodus' eyes widen in surprise. There was a woman standing looking over him. Her speach was much like Fat Tom's but much softer and gentler. Exodus struggled to get to his feet but managed to do so. Although the woman was very blurry, Exodus could see her beauty. It was the first time he's seen someone as an attraction since his tranformation. He quickly excused it to be the substance given to him by Fat Tom.
Stumbling towards her, he nodded his approval for her help. He put his arm quickly on her shoulder for support. It was almost too difficult to walk. He didn't like this "whiskey" that he was given but he certainly liked the position he was in now. Exodus was taller and her shirt was tight fitting. He slumped over and draped himself all over her like a sack of potatoes. All feeling in his body was lost.

As Tom walked down the path away from Exodus, he heard a familiar voice. Smiling, he turned around to see Theresa helping a very drunk Exodus up. Everything about her reminded him of Theresa's mother. Even as she helped up the man, he could imagine Maeve doing the exact same thing. All the while, not knowing how much danger she could be in.
He casually walked to them, taking in every movement she made. The smile on his face was a mile wide and he couldn't stop it. She was more beautiful than he remembered. Once close enough that she would recognize him easily, Tom called out to her. "Hello Theresa!"

As Theresa helped the stranger up, she could tell he was very unsteady on his feet. However, she was not ready when he suddenly put his arms around her and leaned on her for support. In the process, he knocked her hood back off her head. Putting one foot back as an anchor so she didn't fall, Terry tried to figure out how to practically carry the larger man back to wherever he had come from. And that was another problem. Where did he belong? She gently asked, “Which direction is yuir home?”<br> Before he could answer her, a very familiar voice came from her side and she turned quickly to see her Uncle Tom grinning at her. “Uncle Tom,” was all she managed to get out before her own actions had knocked her back off balance and she felt herself falling backwards toward the ground.

Exodus put his full weight on top of the woman but she couldn't handle it. She toppled over, even though she tried hard not to. Landing on her back, Exodus couldn't support his own weight, either. He landed on top of her.
Exodus' fell like a dead weight. He couldn't stop himself. Closing his eyes to prepare himself for a hard landing, he was pleasantly surprised to fall on what seemed to be a soft pillow. Liking the way the fall had turned out, Exodus snuggled and started to drift off to sleep almost immediately.

Tom was esctatic when Theresa called his name, but she fell right after. It kind of ruined the moment but he was still happy to see her. He walked over to her and was about to pull her up when he noticed Exodus snuggling into her breast. He sighed angrily. Drunk or not, this wasn't acceptable. He pulled Exodus's head up by his hair and pulled him away from Theresa. "I suggest you get very far away from us. NOW!"

Theresa fell backwards and hit the ground. Hard. Her arms flung up over her head and the breath was knocked out of her for a moment. Just as she was about to push the heavy man off of her, she felt him get comfortable against her chest and his breathing began to even out.
Looking up at Tom with wide eyes, she was about to ask for his help when he walked over and pulled the heavy man off of her. Taking a deep breath, she rolled over and pushed herself up off the ground. Ignoring the man she was trying to help, Terry instead threw herself into Tom's arms and cried, “Oh, Uncle Tom, how I've missed ye!”

The sudden pain of his hair being pulled jerked his attention from being in an alcohol coma to violently drunk. Instinct took over and he grabbed Fat Tom by his arm.
"I suggest," Exodus paused to hold back some vomit. Movements were still very nauseating. "you not do that again," The anger fueled Exodus' eyes to fume. The yellow and red flickering fume excreted from his eyes and travelled into the air. At this close of range, Exodus couldn't miss, no matter how how drunk he was or how blurry his vision. There's no telling how much control he had at this point so he didn't know how strong the blast will be.
The only problem was that the female was in the way and Exodus didn't want to hit her. She provided such a relaxing comfort that he didn't want to repay her with death. Instead, Exodus couldn't hold it back any longer. He rolled forward and vomited on their feet. They were too close and he couldn't avoid the contact.

When Theresa threw herself at Tom, he held on to Exodus as best he could. He could kill them both if Tom didn't watch out. But instead, he decided to vomit all over their shoes.
At this point, Tom decided they were safe. He let go of Exodus and hugged Siryn tightly. "I've missed ya too, lass." He savored every second of closeness with her. Tom whole heartedly expected her temper to take over and slap him for leaving soon.

Theresa allowed Tom to pull her away from the mess that the stranger had caused in front of them, thankful that he had decided to just vomit instead of firing whatever glowed in his eyes at them. She pushed him away, just far enough so that she could reach up and cup his face in her hands. “Let me look at you,” she said as she looked at the man who had raised her. He looked more haggard then he had when he left and his eyes were tired. It was no wonder he had requested this vacation.
Then her eyes narrowed as she thought about him abandoning her for two long years. Releasing him, she stepped back and asked, “Now where the 'ell 'ave ye been for the last two years, Tom Cassidy?” By the time she finished, her hands were on her hips and she began to tap her foot, waiting for an answer.

Just as he expected, the happy reunion was short lived. Thankfully, she had not slapped him...yet. The time had come to tell her what he had really been doing all these years. He just wasn't sure how to break it to her.
"I umm well, I..." Such stammering was uncommon for Tom. He normally spoke with great confidence, the kind that made men crumble and women swoon. But this blue-eyed beauty had tons of power over him. "Umm Let's wait til were in private, Lass."

Theresa watched as Tom struggled through the beginnings of an explanation, her right eye brow arching at his botched attempt. Giving a heavy sigh and resisting the urge to demand more information, she turned to look back at Exodus, then Tom again and said, "We really should help him to his home. He doesn't look like he can hold his drink well and I have a strong suspicion ye are more involved with his condition then ye are letting on." She took a few steps away from him, then turned back and said, "The instant we are alone, ye are going to tell me everything."
She pulled a cloth out of her bag that was sitting on the side of the path and ripped it in half. With the first half, she wiped off her shoes. Discarding the now dirty cloth, she took the clean half and walked back over to Exodus who looked ready to keel over at any second. Shaking her head, half in disgust, she handed him the cloth for his mouth and said, "If ye you will direct me to yuir home, I'll help ye back before anything else happens."

Exodus could barely stand but he tried to. Like a soldier he would fight to the bitter end. Which this felt like it was it. There was no strength in his muscles and will to fight was diminishing quickly.
Exodus draped his arm over her shoulder for support as he very carefully pointed down the dirt path towards the blurry brotherhood base. Almost collapsing completely on top of the generous woman, Exodus was hoping to find that soft pillow he enjoyed immensely. He tried hard to walk on his own but he knew that that would be impossible.
