Hi, I've just got a quick question about the governors in House of M. I know this isnt based strictly off the canon House of M, and its an AU, but is there a list of the governors in the game? Is Apocalypse one?

No, there is no list of governors. They are merely officals appointed by Magneto and his cabinet and answer to them.
And no, Apolcalyspe is not one of them. He had not been seen since he placed Exodus into stasis in the thirteenth century.
If he does appear in this game, it will be as a mod-controlled NPC.
