"Warren... Your an angel. tHat's the best suggestion I've heard all day. "
A small smile broke across Warren's lips as she obviously agreed with his decision.
"Well Ash, even a stopped watch does something right twice a day. We should check and see who else wants to go as soon as all the craziness here dies down."
Now... How do I get down from here?
The smile broke into a devilsh grin across his face as Warren suddenly had an idea.
"I'm not sure, that sounds like a really good question. Let me know how you sort it out."
Before Ash could respond Warren leapt forward off the roof, his metallic wings snapped from his back and he began to speed away from Ash and the building. He tightened the muscles in his back and began a climb high into the sky, he used the sun to make sure that no one would follow his next movements as he continued a huge arc that brought him behind Ash. Before she could react he snatched her under the arms and immdeatly zipped away.
"Just kidding." he whispered into her ears.
"Should I drop you off anywhere or is there some place specific you would like to be left?" Warren could not hide the smile that had cracked his dour expression.

She was still looking out across the grounds when Warren replied. It was such a strange answer from him that she turned and saw the grin on his face as he finished. Oh no he wasn't. He was not going to leave her here! Warren jumped off the roof and sped away. Ash stared after him shock. THis was not like Warren... This was like Gambit...
"Warren!" She screamed after him, "Don't you DARE leave me here." He was, after alll, the reason she was up there in the first place.
She couldn't see him any more. She couldn't believe that he was actually leaving her there either. THat wasn't like Warren at all... What had she done? She'd created a Gambit in Training! Ok, maybe not... but he definantly had the teasing/flirting down pat.
Snatch
Ash managed to hold back a scream of surprise and grasped the hands that held her arms. just kidding Warren whispered, and while she was greatful he was she was certain she liked flying the other way. This way had a certain forboding feeling that she was about to drop onto the fast moving ground far below.
Ash pursed her lips to keep from smiling at his question. He wasn't to bad at this game. "You could SET me down GENTLY in FRONT of the front door." she said up to him, making sure to emphasize the important words. She had no intention of being LEFT or DROPPED anywhere.

You could SET me down GENTLY in FRONT of the front door
Ash certainly caught on quickly. Warren wasn't sure how she would react to being left and then her sudden removal from the roof top but for some reason he simply couldn't resist the urge to do so. Warren smiled and flared his metallic wings as their speed decreased down to a more comfortable speed for Ash. Warren had taken them off in the wrong direction at first and made a slow turn to point them back towards the front of the school.
"As you wish" he replied to her request.

Remy looked Rogue in her eyes as she took his hand. There wasn't much actual shaking going on, just touching. He rubbed his thumb up and down her hand until Ororo walked up. He watched with amusement as Anna turned and talked to her without ever letting go of his hand. Not his personal best, he once forced a bar maid to spill a tray full of drinks on a table while she was staring at him, but it was still funny.
"Anyway. Ah gotta interview a couple of teachers privately, so when Ah'm done meeting with the Headmasters, Ah'm coming lookin' for you.” Hmm, that was perfect. He would get her alone, although Betsy seemed to be cheering him on with her eyes so she wasn’t a problem. Missed opportunities or not, it was great to have a female friend like that, one he could trade tomcatting stories with. Hell, she was basically throwing a very close friend on him. That’s a true buddy. He needed to remember to thank her by the way.
”So... you know, clean off your desk or whatever you gotta do to make room,” she commented before they walked away. “Of course, Cher. Dere’ll be plenty of room,” Remy replied with a wink. He didn’t really need to clean his desk, since this would be the first time it got used as anything more than a big chair. Speaking of, he was about to be late for a class. As everyone walked off, he went in a different direction toward the classrooms.

“Of course, Cher. Dere’ll be plenty of room.” He answered her with a wink, and she grinned in return. "Good."
Turning to Betsy, she allowed the other woman to take her arm as she slung her bag over her shoulder. Time to go meet the ones in charge. Hopefully, it wouldn't be too awkward, her doing the inspection... they'd understand if she didn't cut them breaks. Scott was all about the rules, anyway.
