She nodded and turned back to Gambit. "You ready?" Taking his muffled groan as a yes, she hoisted him up over her shoulder and extended her other arm to Wolverine.
"Grab on."
With that, she took off.

Sabretooth came storming down the streets just in time to see the trio fly off into the sky. He roared, rage filling his very being. In a berzerkers fit he began to pummel and slash everything in site. Suddenly a little boy, no older than three began to cry, Sabretooth whirled around, turning his attention to the boy. He hated when kids cried.
"Shut up!" he yelled.
The boy didn't respond, and the yelling did nothing more than further freighten the child. Sabretooth's rage grew, turning to hate.
"Fine. I'll make you shutup!" he replied, grabbing the boy by the collar of his shirt. With one thrust he hurled the boy into the nearby sea. There was a loud splash as the boy landed in the swirling waves. He imediantly began to thrash about, but it was all in vain.
Without the knowledge of how to swim the boy quickly began to sink. Satisfied Sabretooth walked calmly away, returning to the complex. Behind him some bystanders lept into the cold waters, retreiving the boy and quickly administering mouth to mouth.

In this quiet port, the personal yacht the French Prime Minister sails into Genosha. But instead of the Prime Minister, Black Tom stolls out onto the soil of this beautiful island. Sniffing the air, he could smell the vibrant plant life. After tying down the boat, he walked further into town, trying to decide on whether to buy a house of just take one.

Theresa glanced at every face she passed, hoping against hope to see the one she was looking for. A breeze kicked up and she pulled the hood to her cloak up to keep the wind off her. The boat ride had blown her hair out of it's neat braid but she wasn't going to worry about that. Uncle Tom, if she ever found him, wouldn't care what she looked like.
Terry walked in and out of bars, keeping her cloak pulled tight to her body as protection from the patrons more then the weather but there was still no sign of Tom. She finally gave up on the taverns and followed a path that led inland.

Tom lead Theresa back into his yacht. He carried her luggage for her. The Yacht was big. It had two stories. The bottom was the living area which included a queen size bed, couches lining the walls and a small kitchen. The top was the patio area and the controls. "Would'ya like somethin to drink?" He asked, still avoiding the subject.

Theresa followed behind Tom, taking in every detail of the yacht as she went and she followed him into the bottom level. It was beautiful, to say the least. She ran her fingers along the fabric of one of the couches and said, “Tis gorgeous, Uncle Tom.”
"Would'ya like somethin to drink?" he asked her.
Terry looked up and replied, “Sure, I'll have what'evr yuir drinking.” She sat down on the couch she was nearest and continued to look around. Wherever he had been for the last two years had certainly paid off, she thought. Terry yawned, then asked, “Now, where 'ave ya been that ya couldna come to see yuir favorite cousin?”

"Well, what I'm having will be fairly strong." Tom replied. He knew the time had come. He pulled a gold tinted bottle out of the freezer and poured himself a small glass of Rum. He then looked back inside and pulled a bottle of water for Theresa.
He walked back and sat beside her, handing over the water. "Theresa, ya know I made special trips all your life. Did ya ever wonder what I do em?"

Theresa took the bottle of water with a slight frown. She had been on her own for two years yet it seemed he was still going to treat her like a child. Opening the water, she took an icy sip, then leaned back. “O course I remember yuir trips. The best part about them was when ya came home. Ya always told me that it was just business that took ya away and that maybe I would understand when I was older,” she answered him. Leaning forward, her eyes narrowing slightly, she added, “I'm not gonna like this, am I?”

Probably not. he thought. Tom had struggled over this conversation a thousand times. He never imagined that he'd regret his choices, and for the most part he didn't. But admitting to someone who thinks you're a saint that you're really a sinner, it's like torture.
"I'm a criminal, Theresa, since before you were born. I always left the country to take jobs so you wouldn't have to know."

This wasn't exactly the answer Theresa thought she was going to hear. She blinked her blue eyes a few times as the word “criminal” bounced around inside her head. “A... a criminal?” she asked, her voice still slightly stunned. “What do ya mean by a criminal? How can someone jus' be a criminal and why would that make ya leave Ireland as much as ya did?” By now, Theresa's voice had gone beyond stunned to a higher pitch. She stood up with her bottle of water, just wanting to put some distance between them until she could get a straight answer.
Walking over to the counter, she put the water on there then turned back to Tom with her arms crossed over her chest. His words were sinking in and she demanded, “I wanna know everything.”
She reacted pretty much as he expected. He stayed silent when she first began to question. He let it sink in a little at first. I want to know everything. She finally said.
Tom swallowed his drink and made a face, then began. "I started about your age, mostly just mischief." he began. "It was fun and came easily t'me, so I continued. Word got around and soon I was makin a lot of money. I've done everything from hired muscle to assassination." Tom let out a sigh. "I stopped taking jobs in Ireland once you were born. That's why I took all the business trips. I dinna want t'give anyone a reason t'take ya away from me."

Her eyes flaring in anger, Theresa looked at Tom in disbelief as she said, “You dinna want anyone to take me away from ya? So ya spend my entire life runnin from country to country, only makin an appearance at Cassidy Keep every so often t'make sure I dinna forget about ya. If I was that much a liability to ya, why'd ya keep me in t'first place? Ya coulda dumped me in some orphanage like my da wanted to do and yuir life woulda been that much simpler.”
She was getting madder by the minute and not thinking at all about what she was saying. As her tantrum continued, she added, “Everything ya have given me has been bought with this 'blood money', hasn't it? Everything I own. Now I have ta wonder what else ya have kept from me, Tom. What other truths don I know about, what lies are out there waiting ta be discovered? I don't know ya anymore, if I ever did know ya. I hate what ya have done, I hate the life ya have given me but most of all, I hate that I love ya more then anything!”
Terry had to get out of the confining quarters. Turning to the stairs, she stomped up them and walked onto the open deck of the yacht. The air was warm and not helping her temper at all. She wanted to scream, wanted to break something with her powerful voice, wanted to fly away. As she looked toward the sky, she considered doing just that.

She's got 'er mother's temper. Tom thought as he threw his glass into the wall. Her words cut him like a knife. He couldn't imagine not having raised Theresa.
Following her he walked up to the patio. Stayed silent and let her breathe for a minute, before speaking. "I've never regretted raising you, Theresa." He said. "I sheilded ya from this life so ya'd have a choice. I couldnae allow ya to be a felon before yur life really started."

By the time he talked, her temper was already cooling. She didn't turn to face him, knowing full well that if she did, she would probably forgive him right then and there. Instead, Theresa kept looking over the bay, feeling the yacht sway up and down gently in the waves.
“Why now, Uncle Tom?” she asked quietly. “Why did ya choose now to tell me? You have been gone for two years and even though I tried, I couldna find you. You coulda remained missing, you coulda come back home and not told me any o this. Ya had to know that when I found ya here, I would start to ask questions.”

Exodus surveyed the area with his telepathy but found no exact match. The closest match he could get was the lead that he followed. It was a yacht that it lead him to.
Telekinetically lifting himself into the air he flaoted himself to the yacht where two individuals, one man and one woman, were conversing on the patio.
"I'm looking for a Fat Tom. Do either of you know this being?" Exodus asked as he lowered himself into their view.
